Yesterday I had to call for a tow to get my truck towed from Silverdale to my house across the Hood Canal Bridge. The gal at the office I spoke to was in the evening very kind and courteous, and had a tow truck dispatched within a few minutes of calling in. Kurtis Ireland #19 from Silverdale Towing arrived within 20 minutes of being dispatched. He was very professional, attentive, and communicated everything clearly. Kurtis also informed me that after-hours they generally service Insurance calls or WSP, so going out of town on this tow was out of the norm for them. I am grateful for their service, and for all of the staff from Silverdale towing who accommodated our needs and got me and my truck home. I would highly recommend Silverdale Towing to anyone!

9-13-19 We were so impressed with Silverdale Towing office staff as well as with our driver, Ron Davis #19. Our car ignition had locked and it was quite involved to get it on and off the towing truck but Ron was very professional and quite the problem solver. He was such a huge help and we are forever grateful for all his hard work and guidance in getting our car to the auto repair. We will definitely recommend your company to others who are in need of towing as well.

A little on the pricey side, but what you get is a professional and friendly experience. Ron was helpful and calm despite my car being broken down in a difficult to access area. It was nice knowing my car was in good hands on the way to the shop.

Silverdale Towing and the driver, Ron Davis #19 were very accommodating. I called for an appointment and within a minute, it was scheduled. Ron Davis gave me a courtesy call prior to our scheduled appointment to affirm he was on the way and he was on time!
