Silverdale Towing

Our car was dead in the driveway with the key stuck in the ignition. Ron driver #19 showed up to take it to the dealerships. He was very kind, and was very patient with the situation. He was able to get the car loaded and secured quickly. Upon arrival to the dealership Ron even gave me a call letting me know the car was there, and the service department had a idea what may be the issue. I felt very comfortable with Silverdale Towing transporting the vehicle. I highly recommend them, and will be using them in the future.

Excellent service and very convenient that they are based at an auto repair shop. I had a very pleasant experience with the driver and no problem changing my towing destination when plans changed. Would definitely recommend them.

Can't praise Silverdale Towing enough. Even though they were an out of service provider for my insurance, they came through on a Sunday when no other in my area could. I was able to send pics of my situation so they could assess the need. When they said they could help, a driver was dispatched while I was still on the phone giving my info. Elijah #15 and Scott #3 where there lightning quick and provided excellent customer service. Elijah took charge and explained everything that was needing to happen and executed his plan flawlessly. Would have taken others hours to accomplish but, through Elijah's experience and teamwork took only 1hr. Thanking you Ron Davis, Driver #17 for the rescue tow and professionalism, efficiency and friendliness. Time is valuable so the ability to receive a time to meet the driver was appreciated. So were the live person updates as to the arrival time. It's not often that I need a tow, but it's nice to know you're there!

I had driver #2 and he did an amazing job!!! He was quick, and I was in awe watching him maneuver that huge truck. He was super friendly and professional. I was very comfortable with the drive to the auto shop. Thank you for the wonderful service and will definitely use next time if I have the need!

I needed assistance due to a flat tire. Dispatch was very professional and kept me up to date on the status of the driver. Told me 30-35 minutes and made it in 20. Richard was very personable, speedy to change the tire and efficient in the paperwork. I couldn't have asked for a better experience (except the circumstances leading up to needing their help)! Thank you for a painless process!

After reading the review today, i decided to use Silverdale Towing and I'm pleased. Chico Towing is questionable in terms of their customer service and priced a little higher. At Silverdale Towing, the Receptionist(she) demeanor was very pleasant and she made the process less intimidating. The Driver Ron Davis was nice and accommodating. Lastly, the cost was more affordable than Chico. Thanks Guys.
