Silverdale Towing

I'm sure insurance companies pick towing services for different reasons but I sure am glad Geico picked Silverdale Towing for me on a rainy Saturday night..... Car died on the Side of highway 3, just before the exit. My Tow showed up with good timing and concerned about my safety, he made sure I stood in the right place while he hooked up and was very courteous. Towed me to the garage to drop off and was even going to get me home but I had a ride waiting. Extremely good customer service, I'll always use Silverdale Towing. Thanks !!

After reading the review today, i decided to use Silverdale Towing and I'm pleased. Chico Towing is questionable in terms of their customer service and priced a little higher. At Silverdale Towing, the Receptionist(she) demeanor was very pleasant and she made the process less intimidating. The Driver Ron Davis was nice and accommodating. Lastly, the cost was more affordable than Chico. Thanks Guys.

Great tow guy came was friendly and fun to talk to, We did a hell of a tow of the biggest truck on a hill on a busy street safely and effectively. Highly recommended!

Richard (#45) was positive and quick. Got the dead car out into the street and took her to the auto shop for me. Showed up earlier than expected, which was nice.

My car broke down on the way home on a Saturday evening, I thought it would take forever for a tow truck to come and tow me home. But they were there within 30 minutes. The driver Kevin was the best. He explained everything and showed me the steps he goes thru to ensure that my car is treated with care. He was super friendly. I will definatly recommend Silverdale Towing to all my friends and family in the area. Great customer service. YOU GUYS ROCK!!

Auto was transported on a flatbed truck to the dealership without any issues. Tow truck personnel (#19 Driver) were pleasant and treated my car with care.
